UCEP Bangladesh, founded in 1972 by Lindsay Allan Cheyne, is a non-governmental organization. Their motto is 'Help to Learn, Skills to Earn.' They provide Second Chance Education to out-of-school children and vocational training for youth and adults. The organization prioritizes social inclusion, especially for females and disadvantaged youth from poor families. UCEP is governed by an association and a Board of Governors, serving two-year terms. Their goal is to reintegrate dropouts into education and promote partnerships for sustainability, supporting the "Leave No One Behind" campaign.
